LOW CARB CHOC CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
2C almond flour/meal
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp stevia
1 egg
60g butter softened
1TBSP cacao powder
1/2 block 90% Lindt Dark Chocolate
Sprinkle cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1/3c chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven 180 degrees.
Line baking tray.
Mix all ingredients togetheR.
Roll into balls and press into cookie shapes.
Baking 10-15 mins.
Cool on tray.
