PROTEIN CHOC FUDGE PEANUT BROWNIE
1.5C Almond flour
1/4C Two Islands Chocolate Protein Powder or sub with Cacao
1C Almond Milk
1/2C Peanut Butter
1/4C Maple Syrup
2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
1/2tsp Baking Power
1/4tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Block Lindt Chocolate 70%+ Chopped
1/2 Remaining block of chocolate melted
Peanut or Almond Butter, warmed with a little butter or coconut oil.
Preheat oven 180 degree. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Push mixture into lined baking tray.
Bake 15 mins. Allow to cool.
Drizzle with toppings.
Cut into squares.
Serve fresh from the oven, or warm with some yoghurt. YUM!
